Sunicorn · Crew
A Crew runs your business, day and night.
It is two things: AI agents that work in your tools under rules written in code, and a dedicated engineer from Sunicorn who improves them every month. You set the rules and step in when needed.

01Why a Crew
Firms that want AI to take on part of their work usually try one of two routes.
- Tools each person sets up. They help from day one. Nothing runs unless someone asks, client data sits in personal accounts, and each setup leaves with whoever built it.
- A hire. Someone who learns your business and owns the work, after months of recruiting and training. What they know leaves with them.
A Crew gives you both. Its agents do the work without anyone asking, and a dedicated engineer from Sunicorn learns your business the way a hire would. What they learn stays when people change.
02Who it is for
A firm of 50 people or fewer, led by its owner, or a team inside a larger company, that has a whole function to hand over and is thinking of hiring for it: prospecting and sales follow-up, back office and files, client relations, compliance, reporting.
For example: M&A boutiques and family offices, fiduciaries and accounting firms, insurance and credit brokers, real-estate agencies, recruitment firms, B2B trading. In a larger company: sales operations, customer service, supplier follow-up.
03What a Crew does
Each Crew is built around the work you hand over. At an M&A firm, it runs the deal desk, writes to buyers and future clients, qualifies a new name every two hours, keeps the CRM current, and reports every morning and every Friday. Elsewhere, it handles the inbox and follow-ups, research, briefs and documents.
It works in your chat group and by email, with your own tools, so there is no new application to learn, and it remembers the people it deals with. It can also open a private view for your team, a members’ area or public pages, serving people and their own agents under the same rules.
04Measured and improved every month
Before the build, you and Sunicorn agree on the outcomes the Crew is for and how each is counted, and the first process is the one that pays back fastest. Every action is logged, so the monthly report sets those outcomes against what you pay. Every month, the engineer takes the next improvement live, in the order you set; each quarter, you set the next objectives.
| Month | What went live at the M&A firm |
|---|---|
| August | The build: the deal desk, with a room and a record per mandate; the CRM connection; sourcing; the morning brief. |
| September | Anonymous one-page company profiles; the partners’ mail; the Friday report; the firm’s own voice, drawn from its past mails; network enrichment; outreach to buyers and to future clients. |
| October | The veto window on outreach to future clients; two follow-ups on both outreach tracks; paid mandates tracked in the Friday report; a private view of the pipeline; a one-page review of each new deal; sourcing every two hours; answers to counterparties on a two-hour veto window. |
05How you stay in control
- Levels. Each kind of action runs on its own, after a veto window, or only with your explicit yes.
- Rules in code. The agent cannot change them. Anything that leaves (mail, payments, posts) goes through a separate sender that checks the rules first.
- One stop switch halts the agent and everything acting for it.
- A full record of every action, kept out of the agent’s reach.
- Two kinds of interface. Only your group and approved addresses reach the agent; what members and the public see is computed by code.
- A machine reserved for you, in your region, with your data and keys; nothing passes between Crews. Fixes and upgrades reach every Crew, tested first on Sunicorn’s own.
06Proof: an M&A advisory firm
Live since August 2026. Every mail was first approved one by one; once the drafts proved reliable, outreach moved to a 24-hour veto window, then to eight business hours, and answers to a two-hour one, unless they speak for a partner.
| Last fifteen days of record | Count | Minutes |
|---|---|---|
| Firms in the client’s network reviewed and completed | 330 | 15 |
| Names qualified for a mandate or as a future client | 109 | 30 |
| Outreach mails sent | 91 | 15 |
| CRM notes, new contacts and fixes | 551 | 2–5 |
| Total, 4 to 18 October 2026 | ≈ 188 h |
Since launch: 1,846 working sessions and 715 requests from people.
Two other Crews
- Sunicorn’s own, since March 2026: an executive assistant, the company’s documents and watches, and the health checks of every Crew. 876 working sessions.
- A relief fund that pays on proof, in rehearsal since 27 September 2026: its public site lists what each natural disaster needs, anyone sends a proof of the help given, and code pays each accepted proof after a veto window. 333 briefs, 235 calls and 6 proofs decided so far.

What you provide
- A referent: about two hours a week during the build, then a monthly review.
- Access through your own accounts: mail, calendar, CRM, documents.
- The rules: what the Crew does alone, what it asks first, what it never does.
- The group: who joins the Crew’s chat, and which addresses may write to it.
You pay a one-month setup of €10,000, then one monthly fee for the agents and the engineering: from €3,000 to €12,000, set by what the Crew takes on, its machine and model included. The fee starts only once the first process runs live, and it sits below the cost of the hire it replaces. The minimum term is the setup and three months live, the time results need. The offer names the first process and its price.
Prices in euros, excluding VAT.
08Security
- A machine reserved for you, in your region, Frankfurt by default, with its own agents, memory, data and keys.
- No administration from the internet: only a private encrypted network.
- The model sees only what each request needs and never trains on it.
- Every night, an encrypted copy leaves for storage in the EU.
- With every offer: the security document, a data processing agreement that names every sub-processor and where it runs, the model included, and an NDA.
09Common questions
- Mistakes: if something goes wrong, Sunicorn tells you, then fixes it. Decisions stay yours.
- Your clients: no message or payment leaves before it has been shown to you, with time to stop it, and public pages show only what code computes.
- Your team: the Crew takes the volume and the follow-up. Judgement and relationships stay with people.
- Leaving: one month’s notice after the minimum term. Your data and documents come back within 30 days in open formats, then are deleted.
10About Sunicorn
Sunicorn SRL builds and runs every Crew described here, including its own. Founded in 2014, in Brussels and Luxembourg, it is led by Santiago Malter-Terrada, an operating CTO in finance who has built products since 2013.
- Companies built: a venture studio that raised over €2 million, with teams of ten to fifteen; learning software used by ENGIE Benelux and Accenture; a business unit built from scratch in six months at Emakina, now part of EPAM.
- AI for large firms: an AI quoting platform for a Fortune 500 client that cut quoting time by about a third.
- Technical due diligence: written go or no-go assessments of fintech, AI and blockchain products, vendors and buyouts.
One paragraph: your firm, the work you would hand over, and who introduced you, if anyone.
